We provide the following RICS residential surveys. 


  • Level 1 - Snagging survey. - Suited to new build properties to provide a high-level report on issues. 
  • Level 2 - Homebuyers Survey - A homebuyers survey usually is suitable for properties constructed post-1930s. This is a high-level survey that provides advice on the condition and highlights defects and risks. This survey does not advise on the nature of the remedial repairs. 
  • Level 3 - Building Condition Survey - Provides advice on defects, advice on remedial repair together with budget costs.

  • Landlords and property management companies regularly appoint us to undertake planned maintenance inspections of their property portfolios so that they can prioritise maintenance and management of the portfolios through the Landlord Tenant Act and Section 20 requirements.
